In 1986, members of Avion Trailer Club formed “Noiva Associates” and purchased 31.2 acres in Bowling Green, FL. With a lot of hard work and vision, those early owners made their dream of a beautiful RV park come true. We are blessed to still have several “Charter Members” with us and thank them for creating this beautiful place for us to live during our “golden years”. A community of 233 lots, Avion Palms will become your second family. Friends are in abundance and new ones are always welcome!
Our park is mostly volunteer-operated and pride in ownership is evident. Volunteers keep the park beautiful, provide great meals and activities, and are always available in emergencies. We have full-time residents, as well as owners and renters who only spend the winter months here.
We are an “age 55 and older” community located in the sleepy little town of Bowling Green, Florida. We are about 60 miles from Tampa, 80 miles from Orlando/Disney World, and 30 miles South of Lakeland. We are located in the quiet and laid-back heart of citrus and farming country. We enjoy all the benefits of country living while only minutes away from big city contact. We have RVs and park models on lots, as well as vacant lots for sale and for rent.
